Great to meet you!

Many people seek mental health care during some of the most challenging times in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. As a dual-certified PMHNP and FNP with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with over 20 years of healthcare experience, I specialize in helping individuals manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, and substance use through thoughtful, evidence-based treatment and safe medication management to help you regain balance and improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

Seeking mental health support is a deeply personal step, and it deserves care that is thoughtful, private, and compassionate. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you are truly heard and understood.

With experience in emergency medicine and inpatient psychiatric care, I’ve supported individuals through real trauma and intense emotional crises. These experiences shaped my approach: calm, empathetic, and deeply attentive to each person’s needs.

Together, we create a personalized plan—blending evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and medication management when needed—to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.

My goal is to help you regain stability, strengthen resilience, and move forward with confidence, clarity, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe and supportive space. You can share your concerns at your own pace, and I will listen with patience and respect.

We’ll talk about what brings you in, your history, and your goals for treatment. Together, we’ll begin to understand your experiences and identify the best ways to support your mental health.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of your challenges, potential next steps, and a personalized plan—whether that includes therapy, medication, or both. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that you have a caring partner on your journey.
