Great to meet you!

I strive to create a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel genuinely heard. I am a calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Clients often share that they leave our sessions feeling safe, understood, and more hopeful—and that's exactly the kind of experience I hope to provide. I especially enjoy helping adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, stress, and feeling emotionally stuck.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should lead to meaningful, lasting change. I combine evidence-based, experiential, and imagery-based approaches that can help you move forward without repeatedly revisiting painful details of your past. My goal is to help you find relief, healing, and a greater sense of peace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you'd like to change. We'll talk about your current challenges, your strengths, and your goals, and begin creating a plan for meaningful, lasting change—without feeling pressured to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
