Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples who are caught in patterns that talking alone hasn't changed — whether that's personal anxiety and stress, or the same relationship conflict on repeat. I help you slow down enough to notice what's actually happening in your body in the moment things get hard, not just the words being said. My approach combines somatic, body-based work with relational and attachment-based methods, so we're working with the nervous system in real time.

Individual sessions are available through insurance. Couples sessions are offered on a private-pay basis.

My approach to therapy

I integrate somatic therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method depending on whether we're working individually or as a couple. For couples, we focus on interrupting the cycle in real time, noticing the tightness, the urge to withdraw, the shutdown before it happens, and building a shared way to reconnect. For individuals, the same body-based approach helps you notice your own patterns as they happen, not just after the fact.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by understanding what's brought you in — the pattern, the history, what you've already tried. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what's driving it, and a first practical tool to use before we meet again."
