Great to meet you!

Meet yourself again as life changes. Sex therapy for those at a crossroads, reconnecting with identity, sexuality, intimacy, and authentic living. You want to feel like yourself again, but aren’t sure who that is. Changes in health, intimacy or sexuality have left you feeling confused, isolated, or stuck. You want to feel confident, grounded and whole, but find yourself questioning who you are. You feel disconnected from your body, drained by stress or anxiety. You look put together, but you’re mourning who you once were, struggling to adjust. You’re ready for a change. General therapy or DIY self-care haven’t helped you enough. You’re ready for a sex therapist who understands the deeper, more personal shifts. Most of all, you're ready to feel at home in your body. I can help.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in sex therapy for adults reclaiming their identity after life, health, relationship, or sexual changes. I specialize in sex and intimacy, grief and loss, personal growth and self-esteem, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ and women’s mental health. Clients come to me because I get it—one of only 900 AASECT-certified sex therapists globally—and because you should feel safe and seen. Sessions offer space to talk about what’s often kept silent, ease anxiety and grief, and hold what hurts.

What you can expect from me

I’ll walk with you and provide the compassionate, expert support you need to feel less alone, more confident, and hopeful. A life where you feel at peace and in sync is possible. You don’t have to stay adrift or keep grieving who you once were. Ready to rediscover yourself? Schedule a free 15-minute consult on my website to learn how I can help you.
