Great to meet you!

Are you looking to make meaningful changes in your life but don't know where to begin? Therapy is a great place to start. I work with people across the broadest span of adulthood (ages 18 and up), specializing with issues typically confronted in adulthood such as depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, academic concerns, career dilemmas, and other issues of identity development.

My approach to therapy

I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University in 2009 and am currently an Associate Professor of Psychology at SUNY Empire State College. Finally, I am the lead editor of Microaggression Theory: Influence and Implications (2019) and have published widely in the areas of racial cultural microaggressions and identity development.

What you can expect from me

Ready to take the first step toward change? Visit my website to schedule a session or learn more about how therapy can support your journey.
