Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Central California, providing therapy services across the state through telehealth. My approach is grounded in helping individuals explore how their current environment, past experiences, and unresolved trauma may be influencing their present lives and decisions. Together, we work to uncover your inner strengths, build resilience, and better understand how these challenges impact not only you but also your relationships with family, friends, and others around you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and curiosity. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, meaning I consider how your past experiences, environment, and relationships shape who you are today. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back—whether emotional, behavioral, or relational—and work toward greater awareness, healing, and self-empowerment. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship struggles, I’ll meet you where you are—with empathy, patience, and a deep respect for your lived experience. You don’t have to go through it alone.

What you can expect from me

I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to goal-setting and progress. At the beginning of our work together, we explore what matters most to you—whether it’s improving relationships, managing symptoms, building self-esteem, navigating a transition, or simply feeling more grounded in your daily life. I help you clarify your values, identify meaningful goals, and break them down into manageable, achievable steps. Throughout the therapeutic process, I regularly check in on your progress and invite open dialogue about what’s working and what may need to shift. I offer structure, accountability, and evidence-based tools—such as cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and insight-oriented work—to support growth at a pace that feels right for you. Importantly, I recognize that healing and change aren’t always linear. I help you stay connected to your goals while also honoring the emotional, relational, and situational complexities that may arise along the way. My aim is to empower you to take ownership of your progress, build on your strengths, and feel more confident navigating life both in and outside of therapy.
