Great to meet you!

My name is Greg Mascaro and I am a Licensed therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addiction, and military & veteran issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

My approach to therapy

I enjoy focusing on a client centered approach and offer a solution focused style. Getting t the root of the issue is my main concern. I also like to utilize a cognitive behavioral approach that encourages my clients to explore thoughts and actions that that may be intrusive. Finally, I focus on acceptance therapy. Accepting issues in our lives are key to moving forward.

What you can expect from me

My goals in therapy are to help my clients reduce the issues to a level that is acceptable and my client is able to live comfortably with. Each person is different and no one shares the same experiences. I want to ensure that my clients are able to express their feelings and views in a manner that is comfortable to them.
