Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience in residential, outpatient, and telehealth settings. While I have strong experience in substance use and co-occurring disorders, I also work extensively with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. My practice is trauma-informed and strengths-based, focused on helping clients move from feeling stuck to feeling capable and empowered. I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and growth oriented.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, skill-focused, and empowering. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems-informed work. I help clients identify patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change. Insight is important, but lasting progress happens when insight is paired with practical strategies

What you can expect from me

n our first session, we focus on understanding your current challenges and clarifying what you want to improve. I create a supportive and direct environment where you can speak openly while also identifying clear goals. Most clients leave with increased clarity and at least one practical strategy to begin implementing right away. My goal is that you feel heard, understood, and equipped to move forward.
