Great to meet you!

I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients across California through telehealth, and my work in mental health is deeply personal to me. I've seen mental illness quietly unravel the lives of people I love, and that experience shapes the way I show up for every single person I work with. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, and I want my clients to know that when they come to me, they're not just another appointment — they're someone I genuinely care about. My patients can feel that, and that authenticity is something I take real pride in.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic — I look at the whole person, not just the diagnosis or the symptoms on paper. I believe healing happens when people feel truly comfortable and safe, so I work hard to create an environment that feels less like a clinical setting and more like an honest conversation with someone who is fully in your corner. I bring warmth, patience, and genuine investment into every session, because I know that feeling understood is often the first step toward feeling better.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to feel heard — no judgment, no rush, just space for you to share what's been going on at whatever pace feels right for you. I know that many people coming to me for the first time are carrying a lot — whether that's deep depression, overwhelming anxiety, or thoughts that have become really scary — and I want you to know that nothing you share will catch me off guard or make me think less of you. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping to get out of care, and start building a plan that's tailored specifically to you.
