As a compassionate social worker I understand seeking help can be one of the hardest parts. Congratulations on taking that step! In my 20 years of practicing I have supported others struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships and grief and loss.
I believe everyone deserves an individualized approach to care as everyone's story is unique. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you and support you along this journey.
During our first session you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will work together on figuring this out! I strive to create a warm, respectful, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. We will work together in following sessions to make your goals a reality.
