Great to meet you!

I am accepting new clients for mental health evaluation, diagnosis and establishing treatment of new cases. I work with children, teens, and adults who are trying to make sense of what they’re feeling—whether that’s ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma, or more complex conditions like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. I support clients with medication management, provide evidence-based psychoeducation and psychotherapeutics by incorporating different techniques based on best practices and individual preferences.

Pls call (971)231 5440, if you have questions or for a 15-minute free consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and personalized. I work closely with you (and families, when helpful) to understand the root of what’s going on and create a clear, practical path forward.

I specialize in supporting people across a wide range of concerns—from ADHD and anxiety to trauma, substance use, and more complex mental health conditions—so I’m comfortable helping clients who feel like their situation is layered or hard to untangle.

If medication is part of your care, we’ll make those decisions together. I focus on making sure you understand your options so you can feel confident and in control of your treatment—not just following instructions, but actively participating in your care.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting clarity—not rushing into decisions. We’ll take time to talk through what’s been going on, what’s been most difficult, and what you’re hoping will change.

You can expect a calm, respectful, and structured conversation where you won’t feel judged or dismissed. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, and by the end, we’ll start to outline a plan so you leave with a clearer sense of direction.
