Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Hailey. I am grateful to be in this profession where I get to experience all the human complexities that make you, you. I started my work in psychotherapy doing crisis care in a youth shelter. This environment helped to develop a deep compassion for humanity and the skills to be able to advocate for human rights. It was at this job that I knew being a therapist was what I was meant to do. I have experience working with students in high schools and community colleges, doing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression.

My approach to therapy

I am now offering individual counseling. My specialties are working with those who are Neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, OCD), those going through life transitions and dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma related disorders.

What you can expect from me

A sense of agency, authenticity, and confidence to handle life.
