Great to meet you!

Have things felt harder lately, even if you're not sure why? Sometimes what shows up as anxiety, exhaustion, or feeling stuck in your relationships has roots deeper than the surface. I'm Hailey, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy — meaning I'm trained to work with both what's happening inside you and what's happening between you and the people closest to you.

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and work with adults navigating the long-term impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the patterns that quietly shape day-to-day life. I offer telehealth so you can do this work from wherever feels safe and comfortable.

My approach is warm and grounded. The first job isn't to fix anything — it's to make sure the space we're in feels safe enough to actually look at what's there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and relational. I move at your pace — never faster than feels safe — and I let what you bring shape how we work together.

For trauma, that often means combining grounding and stabilization with deeper processing as you're ready. My training in Marriage & Family Therapy also means I'm comfortable looking at relationships as part of healing — how the people around us shape what we carry, and how working on patterns inside relationships can be its own kind of therapy.

What stays constant across all of it: I'll listen carefully, I won't push, and I'll meet you with respect — wherever you are in your story.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable — we'll start wherever feels right and move at your pace from there.

We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like to feel differently in your life. I'll listen, ask questions, and start to understand both what's happening on the surface and what may be moving underneath.

By the end, we'll have an early sense of what we'd focus on together and whether the fit feels right. I value openness and collaboration — and there's no commitment beyond that first conversation.
