Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in crisis intervention, there is nothing you can throw at me that I can't help you with! My approach to counseling is inviting and energetic, all at the pace that you set. I'm excited to share this journey with you and get you to reach your full potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, validated, and safe to be themselves. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

I always start out each therapeutic session with an intake where I learn about your functioning in your daily life. From there, we can set realistic goals that will guide our sessions. Each session is set at your pace, so feel free to discuss any topics you need. I'll also make sure we check in on our original goals throughout the process.
