Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you made your way here. As a mom to 4 young kiddos, I'm all too familiar with how messy and busy life can be. I'm here to help provide you with tools to help you navigate the messy, the heartbreaking, the helpless, and the downright frustrating season you're in. I love being able to help you combat the lies in your mind with the Word of Truth, which is our ultimate anchor in the storms that may be trying to drown you.

In 2015, I earned a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas at Tyler. After spending a few years counseling in correctional facilities, I began to work in private practice after having our first baby in 2019. Since then, I've had three more kiddos (quite the rowdy crew!) and became certified in perinatal mental health in 2021. I love to support pregnant and postpartum mamas in their journey through motherhood, along with encouraging couples and individuals through seasons of anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

All of my counseling services are offered online through Telehealth. As long as you are a resident of Texas, I'm happy to schedule with you. Thanks for stopping by and I can't wait to chat with you soon.
