Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting my clients to feel congruent internally, so they can further understand and communicate their needs externally. While talking is the most obvious way for communication, I also love to incorporate our somatic experiences during sessions (with your agreement, of course). As an immigrant from Taiwan, it's also my mission to provide my expertise for people struggling with "fit in", while transitioning to any new environments.

My approach to therapy

I'd like to think I'm a person who enjoys fun, so I use humor, jokes, and my own experiences to connect with people. In sessions, I often utilize drawing, meditation, body scan, and dance/movement to assist clients to have a better understanding of “what’s going on”, both in their minds and bodies.

What you can expect from me

  • I love to discuss with clients about their goals for coming to therapy, we can establish new ones, as well as revisit the old ones.
  • Some people like "homework", some people don't. You ALWAYS have the choice when working with me.
