Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and supportive. My approach is grounded in helping clients better understand themselves while building tools they can apply in everyday life. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and other personal concerns that may feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone.

My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), reflection-based techniques, and solution-focused strategies that help clients identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals. I strive to create a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and goal-oriented—where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling challenged to grow.

I value authenticity, trust, and open communication in the therapeutic relationship. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season of life or looking to develop healthier ways of thinking and responding, my goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped with tools that support lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and focused on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. I work from a practical and goal-oriented perspective, helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with reflection-based and solution-focused strategies, to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, improve emotional regulation, and build effective coping skills. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and experiences, whether they are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or relationship difficulties.

My style is supportive, direct, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore difficult emotions while also gaining practical tools they can apply outside of sessions. I believe therapy should not only provide insight, but also help clients feel more confident, resilient, and capable in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing openly at their own pace. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and respect.

During our initial session, we’ll discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify current challenges, and talk about the goals you would like to work toward. I also take time to understand your strengths, coping patterns, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past.

Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, we’ll begin creating a plan tailored to your needs and priorities. Clients often leave the first session with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and practical tools or strategies they can start applying in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
