Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Hannah, I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience. I strongly value providing trauma-informed care and treatment that is grounded in safety, steadiness, and that is focused on the client’s self-determined need. To this day, the therapeutic relationship and alliance remains one of the strongest predictor of the effectiveness of therapy. As such, I firmly value the therapeutic relationship and will work to provide a safe and secure dynamic to support clients as they work towards their individualized goals. As a provider, my focus is on helping clients build emotional regulation, self-trust, and enhances their natural resilience at a pace that honors their nervous system and lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy, among others so that I am able to adjust my approach to best meet each client’s need. I believe that holding myself accountable for continuing education on new treatment methods and interventions, as well as completing regular reviews and training of familiar material, bolsters my ability to provide versatile and informed care.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re exhausted, anxious, or unsure how much strength you have left. My work is grounded in the belief that strength does not need to be forced, proven, or performed. It is already present, and it deserves to be honored as it endures. As such, my approach reflects that each client’s autonomy bolsters my ability to uniquely tailor my approach to their self-determined needs..

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you don’t have to arrive feeling strong or knowing exactly what to say. We focus on showing up as you are, building capacity over time, and creating space for both healing and growth. Strength here is quiet, relational, and sustainable. My goal for a first session is to create an emotionally safe and comfortable space where clients can get a feel for working together to help determine if I’m the right therapeutic fit for taking the next step their therapeutic journey.
