Great to meet you!

I obtained my undergraduate degree at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and my master's degree at Alliant International University. While receiving my undergraduate degree, I had the opportunity to work with children with Autism. During my practicum, while gaining my master's degree, I worked closely with the homeless community. Since graduating in 2020, I have been working within the treatment field of addiction and severe mental health. Currently, I have had the greatest pleasure of working with First Responders to help them navigate their underlying complex PTSD.

When I am not doing therapy, I am most likely playing with my Beagle, Phoebe, watching my beloved Philadelphia sports teams, reading thriller novels, or cooking a new meal.

My approach to therapy

Depending on the client that I am treating, this will determine what our sessions will look like. I am here to help you meet your needs while challenging you to be the best version of you! This may look like us digging into childhood trauma, exploring underlying anger issues, or discussing how to better manage your anxiety. My approach to therapy includes using interventions from Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamic Theory.

What you can expect from me

The environment that I create for my clients is very calm, inviting, and warm. I pride myself on the natural empathy that I have for people. I do my best to make you feel like you can be your true, authentic self when we are together. When we are in session, you are in a judgment-free and safe space.
