Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and grow. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet your needs. If you choose, we can incorporate Christian values, scripture, and prayer into your healing process.

I predominantly work with Christian females and also see males and non-faith-based clients. We'll create a space where both your emotional and spiritual life are honored. Whether you want to process difficult emotions, build healthier coping strategies, or reconnect with your identity and purpose, I'll meet you with empathy and evidence-based tools.

My approach to therapy

I'll offer insight, guidance, and practical tools to help you reflect, grow, and move forward. I believe in working collaboratively—you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. If faith is important to you, we can intentionally incorporate it to support both your emotional and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, we will take time to get to know one another, and I will answer any questions you have about this process. We will also briefly go over your background and any pertinent history that can be helpful to the work we will do together.

Together, we'll set goals that reflect what truly matters to you—whether that's building self-esteem, managing emotions, strengthening relationships, or navigating a major life transition. As you gain new insights, your goals may shift, and that's okay. I'm here to support you as you move toward healing, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose.
