Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping clients work through a process to find emotional completion; saying goodbye to any unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations that they wish were different, better, or more. This is effective with anxiety, depression, high expectations, difficult relationships, and job pressures.

My approach to therapy

I don't know all of the answers, and I sure as heck haven't figure life out. I don't expect you to have it all figured out either! I practice from a collaborative approach because nobody knows you better than you. What you've been doing isn't working, so we're going to shake things up. In our work together, I will alway support your decisions, but I'll also challenge you past your comfort zones to facilitate necessary changes.

What you can expect from me

I pull from a variety of approaches in order to best suit my client's individual needs. I prefer to share real life application with skill building. I strive to cultivate a supportive, non-judgemental environment where clients can show up as their authentic self to heal and improve what isn't working in their life. You already wear a mask with most people you interact with daily, our time together is a place for you to remove the mask and explore what's underneath.
