Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I have been working in the public sector for over 20 years. Throughout these years, I've learned and been certified in several evidenced based practices which include therapies like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Aggression Replacement Therapy, DTQI, Triple P Parenting, Trial Based Cognitive Therapy and many others. My passion is to work with you in managing anxiety and sadness to help you gain insight, develop positive coping skills, and take action to help guide you through your journey to live a life you love.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, create a positive action plan, and apply positive coping skills for you to live the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and learn what it is that you'd like to explore in treatment. We will go at your pace and develop goals that will guide your personal growth.
