Unlock Your Potential with Compassionate Counseling

With nearly 30 years of experience as a licensed counselor and art therapist, I specialize in guiding individuals toward deeper self-awareness and lasting change. I believe that each person carries within them the wisdom and strength to heal—and that the right therapeutic relationship can help bring these inner resources to life.

My approach is warm, open, and collaborative—free from the clinical feel, allowing for a genuine connection that fosters growth. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling the pull for a more peaceful, fulfilling life, I’m here to support you in navigating that journey.

I particularly enjoy working with motivated individuals—college and grad students, young adults, those in career transitions, and those experiencing major life changes or family stressors. If you find yourself stuck in repeating relationship patterns or struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma, together we can work to uncover new ways of responding and moving forward.

Sometimes, the path to change isn't always clear—but if you're ready to take that first step toward a more balanced life, I’m here to walk with you.

My approach to therapy

With decades of experience, I understand that every individual is unique. That’s why my approach is never one-size-fits-all—it’s designed with you in mind. Drawing from a rich blend of expertise, I partner with you to uncover the tools, confidence, and self-awareness needed to break free from old patterns and step into a life filled with greater emotional health and fulfillment.

Whether it’s through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic techniques, solution-focused coaching, or even creative arts therapy, I adapt my methods to meet your needs. I also believe that laughter can be a powerful healing tool, and it often finds its way into our work together.

Let’s work together to create lasting change, with compassion, creativity, and a touch of humor.

What you can expect from me

Ready for Real Change? Whether you’re looking to boost self-awareness, build coping strategies, enhance communication, find emotional relief, or map out your next steps, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll tailor your journey to your personal goals and make sure you walk away with practical tools for lasting change.

Telehealth Made Easy All sessions are conducted virtually, offering you the flexibility to meet from the comfort of your own space. And to make sure we’re the perfect fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation via phone or video. We’ll talk about your needs and goals, so you can feel confident in your choice of therapist.

Support for Breast Cancer Recovery I’m also offering a monthly support group specifically designed for those in recovery from breast cancer. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation I provide graduate-level supervision for aspiring therapists, including post-grad guidance for LMHC licensure in Massachusetts and ATR certification. With my qualifications (ATR-BC and ATCS), I’m here to help you grow in your career as well.
