Great to meet you!

Providing Medication Management only, currently not accepting patients for therapy

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in nursing and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado, where I trained across a variety of clinical settings. My background as a registered nurse includes emergency medicine, community mental health, case management, and cardiology, which allows me to approach mental health care with a holistic and medically informed perspective.

Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs and cat. I stay active through triathlon training, skiing, and mountain biking, and I value the role that balance, movement, and connection play in overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize building genuine rapport with my patients and creating a therapeutic space that feels approachable, empathetic, and empowering. I am deeply committed to advocacy and curiosity, and I take time to understand each individual’s unique experiences and goals.

My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with lifestyle-informed care, including attention to nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall wellness. I strongly believe that patients know themselves best, and I emphasize shared decision-making and collaboration throughout the treatment process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can openly share your concerns and goals. I will take time to understand your history, current symptoms, and what you are hoping to get out of treatment.

Together, we will begin to develop a personalized plan that may include medication options, lifestyle considerations, and next steps. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
