Great to meet you!

My clients want freedom from the mental heath and substance use disorders that are holding them back from their full potential and reaching their dreams. I can provide a safe place for growth and healing and am eager to walk along side my clients in their journey of recovery.

My approach to therapy

I provide a person centered approach to help address how my client's entire life is being impacted by their mental health concerns. I am EMDR trained, and have seen how this can provide healing from traumatic events that can cause a cycle of being trapped in their own history of hurt.

What you can expect from me

Together, I hope to build a relationship of trust and belonging with my clients that will lead to healing and release of past hurts, habits, and cycles of behavior that do not promote growth.
