I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break.
Many of my clients are high-functioning and dependable, but internally feel burned out, on edge, or disconnected. They often come in thinking it is just stress or life circumstances, but we begin to uncover how past experiences and long-standing patterns are still impacting how they think, feel, and respond.
My approach is direct, supportive, and practical. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness, but I focus on helping you understand what is actually driving your experiences so we can create real, lasting change.
