Great to meet you!

Seeking help and finding the right therapist for you can be a daunting and challenging process. The key to positive, lasting change is finding a therapist who will tailor your treatment based on your individual needs and strengths, and help you overcome the bahaviors and thoughts that are getting in your way. You need someone who will listen and understand you without judgement, support you through these changes, be honest with you, and challenge you when needed.

My approach to therapy

My passion is working with adults and teens who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, work/life balance and life transitions. With 10 years of clinical experience, our work together will be tailored towards your unique needs in an interactive, compassionate, flexible and consistently supportive environment. I use a variety of evidence-based therapy treatments based on each client and their current issues and preferences.

What you can expect from me

After our first initial counseling session, we will begin working toward your individual goals. This will look different for everyone depending on your current issues, goals, and any preferences you might have. This could look like challenging negative and unhealthy beliefs that hold you back, healing your past traumas, or learning better coping skills for your life stressors. Whatever your goals are, after working with me, you should be making good progress toward them.
