Great to meet you!

Ridley supports struggling caregivers with parenting strategies to heal attachment trauma. She helps adults heal their early childhood trauma to connect with others, establish healthy boundaries, and communicate in relationships. If you are challenged by adulting, family, grief, church hurt, anxiety, depression, shame, anger, chronic stress, or racialized trauma... you do not have to struggle alone. She brings a warm, empathetic presence to support your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

She utilizes a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to support her clients with unconditional regard and occasional humor. Based on a client’s needs and preferences, her clinical orientation can include a blend of family systems, AEDP, trauma healing, neuropsychology, and narrative therapy.
