Great to meet you!

I’m a person-centered, strength-based therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals of all ages and their families through life’s transitions and complexities. I now focus on working with adults of all gender identities, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (including highly sensitive people), grief and loss, identity exploration, infertility, and perinatal mental health. I value authenticity, humor, and compassion in and out of the therapy space.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, conversational, and rooted in curiosity. I believe you’re the expert on your life, and my role is to help you feel empowered, understood, and more at home in yourself. I draw from Strength-Based, Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches - blending insight, curiosity, and practical tools. Together, we might notice patterns, run small experiments, and make meaning from the data of your lived experience. I welcome spiritual or existential exploration if/when it aligns with your needs.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn’t have to be a one-sided conversation, and it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Sessions with me feel natural and human. You can expect to explore what matters most to you in a space where you’ll feel seen, understood, and empowered to show up as yourself. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s going on in your life, and take meaningful steps toward clarity and healing. If you’re curious, I invite you to reach out and see if we’re a good fit.
