Great to meet you!

It feels like your brain is always “on, ” like having a dozen tabs open in your mind that never close. From the outside, your life looks fine. You focus on your calendar, reminders, and notes app to feel productive. You scroll and binge shows to escape, but afterward, there’s still the tension in your body, looping thoughts, and a sense that something’s off — like you’re going through the motions, but not really enjoying your life. Deep down, you know this isn’t how it’s meant to be. While you’ve learned how to keep moving, part of you is ready for something more. More ease. More clarity. More trust in yourself.

I know what it’s like to carry high expectations. That lived experience, combined with my training, helps me to meet you with compassion and honesty. I integrate evidence-based cognitive and somatic approaches so therapy supports both your mind and body. Therapy can be a space to slow down and make space for what’s going on inside to create lasting relief.

I’m a mom, athlete, and reality TV fan who graduated with honors from Dartmouth and earned my Master’s from Columbia. If you’re ready to move beyond overthinking and disconnection and want therapy that’s both practical and profound, let’s talk. I offer a free consultation so you can share what’s going on, ask questions, and see if we are a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I help clients understand why their patterns make sense, while building flexible, evidence-based skills to respond differently, especially when anxiety, perfectionism, or trauma get in the way of living fully.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to create a space where you feel comfortable and empowered. Together, we can set goals and collaborate on a plan that helps you achieve the changes you desire.

I believe in the power of collaboration, and I'm here to walk with you on your path to growth. Together we can set goals and collaborate so that you feel the time and investment is helpful for the changes you want.
