Great to meet you!

Those who know me and have worked with me would likely tell you that my greatest strengths lie in my non-judgmental attitude, meeting clients where they are, and treating every individual with respect, empathy, and understanding. I am deeply committed to inclusivity, creating a safe space where people from all walks of life, regardless of their background, identity, or experiences, can feel seen, heard, and valued.

Whether you’re seeking help with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, addiction, ADHD, OCD, body image issues, poor self-esteem, or personal growth, I offer you a compassionate, inclusive, and individualized approach to help you achieve your goals.

I believe in everyone's inherent potential for growth. Within this supportive space, I will encourage, challenge, and guide you to reach beyond your perceived limitations. I will help you build resilience and confidence, create a toolbox of skills you can use in a variety of situations, and help you to find ways to identify and manage challenges so that your life feels more manageable, fulfilling, and meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career I have developed an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating techniques and strategies from various evidence-based therapeutic modalities. This flexible approach allows me to tailor sessions to the unique needs and diagnoses of my clients ensuring that each of you receives the most effective care for your individual diagnoses, circumstances, learning, and communication needs. Whether utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, dialectical behavioral, narrative, or psychodynamic approaches, I draw from the best practices to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you will feel we make progress during each session. I will tell you honestly, that the process of change doesn't always mean you will feel immediately better at the end of each session. Confronting our issues is challenging and sometimes can leave us feeling uncomfortable in the moment, but we will keep moving forward and will ultimately arrive at a place where you feel more connected and satisfied with yourself.
