Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Holly, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I graduated from UTSA with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I have 10+ years experience using behavioral modification techniques to help people understand helpful and unhelpful patterns. By understanding our behaviors and the purpose they serve, we can implement realistic change to improve relationships with others and the overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to use a direct, yet warm and inviting approach to help explore thoughts, behaviors and ways of life that no longer serve a person. I respect individual differences and understand the need for an individualized approach. I invite open and honest conversations that lead to genuine change.
