Great to meet you!

I sincerely commend you for taking the courageous step towards exploring counseling options. It is my heartfelt desire to serve as an encouraging guide on your journey towards healing, restoration, and self-awareness. With an MA in Clinical Mental Health from Midwestern State University and mental health counseling license, I am dedicated to supporting children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational and marital concerns, self-destructive behaviors, and addiction. I am here to assist you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic practice, I am deeply committed to fostering a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where clients feel genuinely supported and understood. I believe that the most transformative results emerge from a foundation of unconditional support, genuine care, and active collaboration. My passion lies in guiding individuals to discover their inner strength and authentic identity, empowering them to overcome life’s challenges with confidence. While I employ a versatile range of counseling techniques, my approach is rooted in strength-based strategies, underpinned by Christian principles that serve as a steadfast framework for compassionate care and meaningful treatment.

What you can expect from me

My purpose as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges and discover their inner strength. True growth and lasting healing happen in spaces that are warm, creative, and empowering—where clients feel safe enough to be fully themselves. My goal is to build a relationship rooted in trust and compassion, where clients feel seen, accepted, and supported as they explore new perspectives and possibilities. I want every person I work with to leave our time together knowing, deep down, that they are worthy, resilient, and deeply loved. No challenge is too big to face when you do not have to face it alone. Together, we can find meaning in the struggle, purpose in the journey, and hope in the healing.
