My professional background is grounded in years of experience and education, with specialties that address a variety of mental health conditions. am Air Force Veteran with my background as an Air Traffic Controller, Medical Technician, and Emergency Room Nurse. I also have experience working in-patient psychiatric and behavioral health hospitals with adolescents. I have a Bachelors in Psychology, Bachelors in Nursing, and Master's Degree in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health

My approach is using active listening to notice consistent themes and bring those to light. My focus is to help you be the best you and help you have a better quality of life. I use a variety of tools and techniques to assist you.
