Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I have spent nearly a decade helping people build stronger connections with themselves and those around them. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or unexpected life changes, you don't have to face them alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and work toward lasting growth and well-being. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I embody a diverse lens to understand how various factors play a role in your current circumstances. I commit to a collaborative and client-centered journey where your voice will be heard without judgment. With your dedication and engagement, we will work as a team in mending the wounds of your mind, body, and heart. Often times, painful experiences from the past can make it difficult to speak up or let your guard down. If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone. As human beings, we appreciate when we feel heard, respected, and cared for. As your therapist, I strive to be a pillar of support as you navigate life's challenges and find faith in your capacity to heal, grow, and trust again.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will look a little different from future sessions. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good fit for working together. During this time, I will review what you can expect from the therapeutic process, answer any questions you may have, and address any concerns. You will also have the opportunity to share your story, discuss your current challenges, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. I know a first meeting can be quite anxiety-inducing, so I try my best to create a space for you to just be yourself. Together, we can focus on what matters most to you and identify how therapy can best support your needs and goals. Your well-being is my top priority, and I commend you for taking the initiative to bettering yourself.
