Great to meet you!

If substance use has started to take a toll on your relationships, your stability, or the way you feel about yourself, you do not have to keep carrying that alone. I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck in patterns they want to change, or who are trying to get their footing again through stress, low mood, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, practical, and focused on real progress.

With more than a decade of experience working with youth and adults across educational, institutional, correctional, and community settings, I bring both clinical perspective and real-world understanding to therapy. My style is collaborative, encouraging, and straightforward, and I tailor the work to help you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation.

My approach to therapy

I have a conversational and warm style that incorporates strength based and solution focused approach to therapy. I work clients to identify unhealthy thoughts and beliefs that keeps them stuck and prohibit them from moving forward with their goal. Such beliefs often result in unhealthy behaviors that are counterproductive to growth, so our work will focus on developing awareness and tools to change the cycle. I use many therapy modalities that brings an integrative approach to assist clients with improving their lives and mental health.

What you can expect from me

The first session will consist of reviewing pre-screening assessments, gathering pertinent information about one's experiences, and beginning the collaborative process of identifying goals you want to establish for therapy.
