I'm Ishmel Cerisier, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving adults and couples in Florida, New Hampshire, and Vermont. With over 10 years of experience, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments — and helping them come out stronger on the other side.

I offer telehealth services and specialize in relationship and conflict issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, employment challenges, and parenting. I also have extensive experience supporting those navigating trauma and personality disorders.

My approach is warm, supportive, and compassionate. I believe in a person-centered based perspective to empower each client within their individual needs and utilize multiple therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy-Couples.

My goal is to help clients feel better in the midst of their stressful experiences. My therapeutic style has been known to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
