J. Angella Feurtado

My name is J. Angella Feurtado, an LCSW with over 12 years experience. Originally from England, I have lived in Florida for many years. I received my degree from Barry University and I specialize in PTSD/trauma and behavioral and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders and adult ADHD. I could be described as light-hearted and supportive, and am very passionate about what I do. I am privileged to have the opportunity to support you through your most difficult times.

I utilize several evidence-based individual and family therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing, in addition to also utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Behavioral Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
