Great to meet you!

Hello there! I am LMHC in Massachusetts. I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I enjoy working with many facets of issues, including trauma, grief, women's health, postpartum, couples, neurodivergence and LGBTQ+.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from ACT, REBT, DBT, and feminist therapies to help you build practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and reconnect with your values so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and self-compassionate. If this resonates, reach out for a brief consultation to see whether we feel like a good fit.

What you can expect from me

I strive to build a warm, welcoming rapport with my clients, helping them feel comfortable opening up and engaging in the therapeutic process. I often incorporate homework and encourage accountability, supporting clients in applying their growth both within and beyond our sessions.
