Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with issues like stress, depression, anxiety, grief, military/life balance, relationships problems, addiction, parenting or family conflict? If so, then you have come to the right place. I have worked with addiction for 13 years and I am certified as a marriage counselor in both Gottman Method and EFT and I have a passion for working with adults and couples of all ages and issues.

I specialize in working with codependency, marriage/relationship conflict, addiction, grief, depression and anxiety and have been active for the last 13 years. I am also a veteran of the United States Navy and have worked with military members and their families to help maneuver through the difficulties of military life and its impact on the family.
