Great to meet you!

Let's promote growth and resilience together. I Have a masters degree and have been a Liscensed Professional Counselor for 12 years. In addition to working with private practice clients, I am a Special Education Certified school counselor. My experience includes working with children and adolescents with learning and behavioral disabilities as well as with women and children concerning trauma.

My approach to therapy

My goal is that our work together will be problem-focused and action oriented. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I can assist you in challenging thought patterns and behaviors which contribute to emotional distress. I can approach a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and behavioral challenges across the lifespan.

What you can expect from me

My intent is that you leave each session, in our safe, non-judgemental space, with a sense of clarity through increased self-awareness, practical coping stragegies, and empowerment to cope with life's challenges.
