Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Southern California, offering telehealth sessions to clients across the state. I specialize in postpartum depression as well as grief support. Much of my work centers around supporting mothers in navigating the many challenges that come from being a parent no matter what season you are in. This could include anything from learning to how to find your footing as a first time or multiple time mother to healing after infant loss. I believe every client deserves a therapist who truly gets what they're going through, which is why I've dedicated my practice to these areas. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

I work from a place of deep empathy and intention. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor our work to what you actually need — whether that's processing profound loss, navigating the emotional complexity of new motherhood, or simply finding space to breathe again. I focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship first, because I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and safe.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, what's feeling heaviest right now, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — my job is to help you make sense of things over time. By the end, we'll have a clearer picture of where we're headed and what working together will look like.
