Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're juggling anxiety, trauma, ADHD symptoms, relationship challenges, identity questions, or major life transitions. You may find yourself feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with self-esteem, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship issues, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, identity exploration, stress management, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a space where they can feel understood, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's demands. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify strengths you may not recognize in yourself, and create practical strategies that support healing, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to help you build a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe therapy should provide both meaningful insight and practical tools that create lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed care to support growth and healing. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, identity development, LGBTQIA+ experiences, women's issues, emotional regulation, stress management, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you better understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, and create sustainable changes that support emotional wellness and long-term success.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can be honest about your experiences while feeling encouraged to grow. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to your life and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger self-esteem, and greater resilience when facing life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and better equipped to create the life you want.
