Great to meet you!

I have experience providing therapy to individuals in DC for several years. I graduated The Catholic University of America in 2019 with a BS in Psychological & Brain Sciences. I graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2021 with my Masters in Social Work. I hold my LICSW in Washington DC and serve adults with a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered approach to therapy. Meaning that the needs and goals of the client determine the approach. I provide a warm and welcoming space for clients to reach their therapeutic goals. My modalities include approaches like brief solutions-focused therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and CBT.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel empowered to utilize learned coping skills and therapeutic strategies outside of therapy, on their own, to improve their daily functioning. I want clients to feel that therapy is a safe and reliable haven to explore their concerns and create a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
