Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm Jae. My pronouns are he/they. I'm a nonbinary, queer psychotherapist. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I earned my Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. My background includes a decade of community organizing and social work, focused through the lens of social justice, anti-racism, harm reduction, and queer-affirming frameworks.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy and care work is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I have experience in LGBTQIA-affirming therapy, supporting individuals with neurodivergence, those who are polyamorous, folks exploring gender and sexuality, substance use disorder treatment, complex trauma, and managing pervasive mental health conditions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect that I want to know more about you. Of course, we'll discuss what goals you have in mind, but the main session will give us some time to see if we're a good fit. Feel free to ask me questions!
