Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jahlaina! Thank you for taking this step into therapy. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, couples, and families. I am experienced in supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and other everyday obstacles that can make life feel overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm and collaborative, with a balance of humor and honest conversation. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, challenge unhelpful patterns when needed, and help you build practical tools that fit your life. Because no two people are the same, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you—not evaluating you. You can expect a space where you’re met with compassion, curiosity, and openness as we explore what brought you to therapy and what support looks like for you. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, help you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self, and begin building a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
