Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Jaime - a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting all ages in crisis settings involving anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I use a trauma informed approach that blends CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices and strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood while building tools to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence based practices. I draw from trauma informed CBT, mindfulness, and DBT informed strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, regulated, and confident in navigating your day to day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace without pressure. We will talk about what brings you in, explore your goals, and begin to understand your experiences and strengths. I will also explain how therapy works, including confidentiality, so you feel informed and comfortable. Together, we will start to identify what support looks like for you and create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs.
