Great to meet you!

Have you been feeling overwhelmed? Caught in the mist of all the chaos? You might be outwardly successful yet feel internally unsettled—questioning how you show up in relationships or whether you’re living in alignment with your values. As a therapist of color, I value creating a safe and welcoming space where you have the permission to be your full, authentic self. I support adults of color to understand their emotional patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and make choices that support healthier relationships so you can move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and a more grounded sense of self.

My approach to therapy

If you choose to begin therapy with me, you’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and gentle but meaningful challenge to support your growth. Together, we’ll explore your experiences in a collaborative and culturally affirming space, building insight and practical tools to help you move through life with greater balance, clarity, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to begin getting to know each other. You can expect a welcoming, relaxed conversation where you’re invited to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, your strengths, and the challenges you’ve been navigating. We may talk about patterns you’ve noticed, important relationships, and what support has (or hasn’t) felt helpful in the past. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
