Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), queer therapist, partner, cat mom, auntie, friend, sister! I enjoy working with all kinds of folks, but have a special interest in adults navigating anxiety, depression, and queer issues. I value showing up and utilizing both my training and authenticity to provide an eclectic approach during our time together.

My approach to therapy

Building a foundation where folks I'm working with can feel safe is my top priority. I accomplish this with a recipe of gentle curiosity, trauma-informed exploration, and validation. Together, we can explore how to best reach your goals and prioritize your wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to learn more about one another and what we can do to meet your needs. Together, we can start building a space where trust and vulnerability can exist, which is essential for a strong therapeutic relationship.
