I am a master's level licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 30 years of professional social work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, to overcome or reduce anxiety, to overcome or reduce depressive feelings, to enhance coping with grief and loss, to improve sleep patterns and quality, to increase levels of motivation, and to improve upon self-esteem and confidence. My approach to therapy

My role is to listen, gain an understanding of you, provide feedback, and collaborate with you on your journey in enhancing your overall well-being. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy.
